“Cracolândia” drug addicts have already spread to more than 20 different areas in São Paulo
Five days after a police operation in Cracolândia (Crackland) in the center of São Paulo, drug addicts have spread to various parts of the region, such as Paulista avenue, as well as the space underneath the João Goulart
